Installation Note 62894: Some configuration settings for SAS® Cost and Profitability Management are now in the SAS Application Infrastructure metadata

In earlier releases of SAS Cost and Profitability Management, the transaction time-out settings and query time-out settings were stored in the TxConn.properties file, which was located in one of the following paths:
SAS-configuration-directory/Levn/Applications/SASCostandProfitabilityManagement8.1/config
Beginning with the 8.1_M4 release, the TxConn.properties file was removed. The settings that it contained are now in two metadata properties, which are named data.abmserver.db.txtimeout and data.abmserver.db.querytimeout. To view or modify these properties, go to the Application Management folder on the Plug-ins tab of SAS® Management Console. Expand Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure and open the properties window of the Cost and Profitability Mgmt object. The two properties are listed on the Advanced tab with their current values.
The settings were moved to accommodate the changes that are required to support middle-tier clustering.
